Erica F. Porzio - Executive Director
Erica Porzio is a Financial professional and Licensed agent with New York Life Insurance Company. Erica's experience in Insurance & financial strategies enables her the skills to help families, individuals, and business owners reach their financial goals. Erica has a special interest in working with entrepreneurs and businesses.
Erica's family is originally from Revere. Erica grew up in Peabody and spent her summers with her grandmother in Revere. Erica studied Psychology, and then later ventured into Insurance and Finance where she truly found her niche. Erica is passionate about making connections and bridging relationships. She is always
open to new ideas and collaborations.
Niles Welch, Esq. - Chamber President
Niles is committed to helping Revere become a leader across the Commonwealth by creating a thriving business community through promotional opportunities and valuable resources.
He has been a Revere resident for the last 6 years and was raised in the North Shore. His wife Nicole Sao Pedro Welch has been a life-long Revere resident and RHS (01) graduate.
Niles is a Licensed Attorney and part owner of a newly established law practice right here in Revere! Beantown Law Group, LLC. specializes in several practice areas, including estate planning, family law, contract law, and assisting small and medium size businesses in a number of areas.
Niles looks forward to sharing his legal expertise with local businesses to help them navigate issues that may arise in both the formation or operation of their business.
Amanda Bonasoro - First Vice President
Opening a meal prep company has been a dream of Amanda's for quite some time now. During the pandemic, Amanda and her husband Chris, decided to make the dream a reality. They are really excited to see it all come together. Helping others has always been a passion of Amanda's and being able to educate and share knowledge on how to live a healthy lifestyle brings her great joy.
Prior to starting her business, Amanda has a background in the hospitality industry for over 13 years. Went to Bridgewater State University where she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She also worked for the Conference & Events as the Senior Event Planner handling internal and external events on campus.
Amanda has been a resident of Revere for about 7 years now and is excited to give back and help the community.
Francisco J. Rosa - Second Vice President
Francisco is an attorney at Rosa & Taing Law and specializes in Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Family Immigration, Real Estate Law, and Consumer Protection law. He also has experience with helping new businesses get up and running.
Francisco was born in El Salvador and moved to the Boston-area with his family in 1990 to seek better opportunities. He worked very hard as a young newcomer to the US to learn English and took every opportunity to better himself and family. He earned his law degree from Massachusetts School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from UMass Amherst in Economics and Psychology. Francisco is also is a proud dad of four and raising his family here in Revere.
Francisco looks forward to leveraging his legal background to help educate and advise our board and members.
Marta Flores - Chamber Treasurer
Marta Flores is a Business Advisor and founder of Improve Business Management Inc.! She helps new businesses establish themselves in the right way from a legal and compliance standpoint.
Some of Marta’s services in bookkeeping, business registration, process improvement. forecasting, payroll, business coaching. Marta's business has been in Revere for over 5 years.
Prior to opening her own business, Marta worked for nearly 20 years as a Production/Operations Manager for Kettle Cuisine.
Marta will hosting many trainings to educate and empower our businesses.
Marta is a native of El Salvador and speaks both Spanish and English.
Oscar Arevalo
With over ten years of experience in the retail banking industry, Oscar is well-versed in supporting business owners in the Greater Boston Area and leverages his knowledge to provide guidance, in both English and Spanish, to small business owners on their growth and success strategies.
Tiffany Mota
Tiffany Mota is Vice President and Manager at TD Bank on Broadway Revere! She brings years of banking experience to the Chamber.
Tiffany holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Endicott College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Merrimack College.
Tiffany will be an incredible asset to the Chamber in supporting our financial goals as well as educating our members on all topics related to financial planning and literacy.
Hind Ouicheddane
Hind Ouicheddane is a seasoned professional in the banking industry, currently holding the position of Assistant Vice President Branch Manager at M&T Bank, located in Broadway Revere. With a passion of cultivating meaningful business relationships, Hind is dedicated to assisting her clients in achieving their financial goals. Her area of expertise encompasses providing customized financial solutions and guidance to businesses, ensuring their success and growth. Hind is Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
Gertrude Mageza
Gertrude Mageza is a graduate of Northeastern University. She is an entrepreneur with a strong sales and marketing background.
She has used her business insight to grow a multi-million-dollar family business.

I have been familiar with Revere for several years with my previous business, and moved here in 2019, and have loved it ever since. Originally from Weston, Ma. My family background is from Greece, many of my family in Greece are/were politicians. I own Dr. SEO which is an SEO/Marketing company, I have a group of 10 people that work for me. My past background is in real estate investment but then began focusing on SEO/marketing thereafter This is a real community, and I have experience working with the business community, especially the Latino population. I love it here I am looking to help and serve the chamber, and the business community, and the community.
Don Martelli
Don Martelli is the CEO of the PR Bunker, a dynamic strategic communications and public relations agency catering to nonprofit, education, real estate, and corporate clients. Leveraging his background as a former reporter for the Boston Globe, Don brings over two decades of expertise in public relations and marketing strategy, collaborating with global brands while championing local businesses in the greater Boston area. A dedicated community member, Don has resided in Revere for 25 years, actively engaging in civic initiatives such as serving on the Board of Trustees for the City of Revere’s Library, coaching local sports teams, and supporting school PTO/PTAs. He has also lent his strategic acumen to PR campaigns for elected officials and pursued public service as a candidate for councilor at large during the 2023 election cycle. Don holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northeastern University and enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife and two accomplished daughters. Additionally, Don serves on the boards of the Cole Strange Foundation, Bear Moose Brewing, and the Day Dreaming Organization, further demonstrating his commitment to community and philanthropic endeavors.
