How to Prepare for a Revere Chamber Networking Event
A short checklist for getting real value from the next Chamber gathering.
Check the event details first
Revere Chamber events vary in format. Small Business Office Hours at Revere City Hall is by appointment, while workshops at the Revere Public Library have fixed times. Networking @ Night moves between venues like Dryft and the Kowloon Tiki. Confirm the date, time, and location before you leave, and note whether registration or an appointment is required.
Use the upcoming events page for new dates and the archive to read about past gatherings. Check the original event listing before making plans.

Bring what you actually need
Carry business cards or a simple one-page description of what you do. Bring a phone with your calendar open so you can schedule follow-ups immediately. If the event is a workshop, bring a notebook; if it is Office Hours, bring a specific question.
Do not over-prepare. You do not need a pitch deck for a networking night. A clear sentence about your business and one genuine question for others works better. If you are introverted, set a small goal: speak to two people and exchange one useful piece of information.
If you plan to offer a service or sample, check with the Chamber first. Some venues have rules about promotions, and the Chamber can tell you what is appropriate for the format.
Use the member directory before and after
Use the Revere Chamber member directory to learn about businesses you would like to meet. It lists members and their published contact details; it is not an event attendance list. After the event, send a short note referencing your conversation. If you met a potential partner, check their directory listing for contact details and keep the connection local.
Some Chamber events welcome nonmembers. Check the individual event listing for eligibility, registration and any admission fee.
Follow up within 48 hours
A brief email or LinkedIn message keeps the momentum. Mention where you met and one thing you discussed. If you promised information, send it. If you want to join the Chamber, use the membership page to see current dues and benefits.
The Chamber’s contact page lists the current inbox and phone number if you need help with next steps.
