A Founding Partner is a Revere Chamber member who:
- Enters the first cohort;
- Receives access to the Chamber’s proprietary AI engine under Chamber rules;
- May display the Founding Partner badge on the Chamber directory (opt-in, consent on file);
- Attends clinics;
- Holds a two-year rate lock;
- Tells the Board, once in the first year, whether the program is doing real work — a short note, not a marketing video obligation on the member.
The Chamber can publish the list of Founding Partners who opt in. Silence is the default if they do not.
Cohort, close, rate lock
Seat cap. Twenty-five member businesses in the first cohort. Storefront, Firm, and Anchor share the 25. Civic Underwriter seats are extra and do not eat the 25.
Calendar cap. The Board will set a closing date if it approves the offer. No application deadline is confirmed yet.
Rate lock. Founding Partners who remain in good standing keep the founding annual amount for 24 months from seating. In month 25 they move to the standard rate then in force, or they leave the program.
the Board will set a close date.
Waitlist, in order of complete applications.
Any standard rates after the founding offer will be confirmed by the Chamber before members enrol.
What we will not do:
- Fake “3 seats left” counters.
- Exploding 24-hour discounts.
- Gift-with-purchase gadgets.
- A public leaderboard of who used the engine most.
Urgency is civic: a first group, a finite table, a rate the Treasurer can explain.
Amounts, in addition to dues
In addition to published Chamber dues, Founding Partner amounts (Board draft) are:
| Tier |
Storefront | Firm | Anchor |
| Who |
Owner-operators and small crews | Growing companies and professional offices | Larger employers, hotels, multi-site operators |
| Seats |
1 | 3 | 6 |
| You get |
Engine + badge + clinics | Engine + badge + clinics + a featured directory note | Engine + badge + clinics + a steering seat |
| Proposed annual fee, separate from Chamber dues |
$540 | $1,140 | $2,400 |
These proposed program fees are separate from annual Chamber membership dues. Review the Membership page for current tiers and terms.
Civic Underwriter — draft $6,000 / year. Funds ten Storefront seats for members who should be in the cohort and cannot carry the fee. Name on the program page. No special access to other members’ data.

Compare the tiers
Storefront draft $540 / year
Individual members, owner-operators, and small crews. Aligns in spirit with the Chamber’s Individual ($100) and Small Business ($250) dues bands without replacing them.
- 1 named seat on the Chamber’s proprietary AI engine
- Founding Partner badge on the directory, if they opt in
- Quarterly clinic, in Revere
- Written starters: hours, hiring, event notice, customer FAQ, directory blurb
- Email to the Chamber program desk (not a 24/7 human hotline)
- Extra seats (those are a Firm or a paid add-on the Board can add later)
- Done-for-you posting to social networks
- Legal, tax, or medical advice
Good fit: a Broadway shop, a neighborhood restaurant, a trade, a solo professional who already answers the phone themselves.
Apply as Storefront
Firm draft $1,140 / year
Growing companies and professional offices. Roughly the Chamber’s Small Business band and the lower edge of Large.
- Everything in Storefront
- 3 named seats (owner + two staff)
- A featured note on the directory listing (“Founding Partner”) — still opt-in
- One additional 60-minute working session in the first 90 days, remote or in Revere
Good fit: an insurance or real-estate office, a clinic group, a contractor with an office manager, a firm that needs more than one person to draft.
Apply as Firm
Anchor draft $2,400 / year
Larger employers, hotels, franchises and multi-site operators. Proposed program fees are separate from Chamber membership dues.
- Everything in Firm
- 6 named seats
- A steering seat: one person may sit in a twice-yearly Founding Partner review with the Chamber (not a second Board)
- Name in the program’s Anchor row, opt-in
Good fit: a hotel on the Beach, a bank branch that already sponsors Chamber work, a multi-site operator that will actually send people to clinic.
An Anchor does not get other members’ customer data, engine logs, or a veto on Chamber policy.
Apply as Anchor
Civic Underwriter — draft $6,000 / year
Institutions that want the program to include shops that cannot carry Storefront.
- Funds ten Storefront scholarships for members the Chamber selects against a simple need-and-use test (still members in good standing; still opted in)
- Name on the program page and at clinics
- One steering seat, same rules as Anchor
- A membership list for marketing
- Editorial control of Chamber copy
- A discount on their own Chamber dues
Proposed scholarship funding would help eligible members participate. The Chamber will confirm availability.
