What this website collects

• The contact and apply forms collect what you type: name, email, business name, and your message. The Chamber uses it to answer you.
• The contact and program enquiry forms prepare an email draft on your device. The Chamber receives the message only when you send it from your email app. These forms collect no payment.

What the AI Advantage engine may see

The engine may see facts a seated member supplies about that member’s own business — legal business name, public hours, services, languages spoken, what they will not say — and the drafts that member asks it to write. It may not see another member’s private files.

• Drafts are checked against the facts the member supplied, and only those facts.
• Nothing posts anywhere without the member.
• The engine does not train on another member’s private files.

What the Chamber does not do

• The Chamber does not sell member lists.
• The Chamber does not publish a member’s program participation without that member’s opt-in.
